I run monthly Reiki shares in Hastings at The Wellington Centre (on the 3rd Sunday of the month, 12-3pm) and Maslow House (on the 1st Tuesday of the month, 10-12pm).

The shares are open to anyone with at least Reiki level 1 training. We start with a guided meditation, and then time to give and receive healing.
