I run monthly Reiki shares in Hastings at The Wellington Centre (on the 2nd Sunday of the month, 1-4pm).

The shares are open to anyone with at least Reiki level 1 training. We start with a guided meditation, Reiju blessings are given and then there’s time to give and receive healing.
